SHIPPING POLICY

PROCESSING TIME
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days of purchase. You will receive a 
confirmation once your order has shipped.

DELIVERY TIME

Pakistan. Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to courier delays, 
weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.

SHIPPING RATES
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location and 
order size.

ORDER TRACKING
Once your order ships, you will receive tracking information via email/SMS so 
you can follow your delivery status.

DELIVERY ISSUES
If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated delivery window, please contact 
us at Palmorio.official@gmail.com with your order number, and we'll look into it with the courier.

DAMAGED OR MISSING ITEMS
If your package arrives damaged or items are missing, contact us within 48 hours 
of delivery with photos, and we'll resolve it promptly in line with our Refund Policy.

CASH ON DELIVERY (COD)
For COD orders, please have the exact amount ready for the courier at the time 
of delivery.
